
Non-Medical Respite Housing Program
Ezercare’s Non-Medical Respite Housing Program provides a short-term recovery facility
for individuals with acute behavioral health challenges, a safe environment to rest and recuperate
while accessing transitional treatments and recovery.
At Ezercare, we clearly recognize that individuals with critical behavioral health challenges need the stability that a safe and restful home provides. To assist enrollees on their road to
recovery, we provide them with a safe, serene, rejuvenating environment and home.
Our specialists plan services that are tailored and designed to provide required assistance to individuals with identified needs to achieve the level of independence that enables them to live a
full life. Consequent to a hospital or rehab stay, it is pertinent for individuals to have a place of rest, a place to safely transition to independent living and stable community reintegration.
Substandard living conditions, inadequate nutrition and limited access to healthcare inevitably leads to serious health conditions. Individuals who experience a high rate of unresolved behavioral health conditions and complications, repeat emergency room visits and extended hospital stays due to improper healing, will require our Non-Medical Respite Program and Care.

After a stay in the hospital, sometimes extended recovery is needed. A stable, caring, safe and healthy facility is required to assist with the follow-up care that insures true recovery and independent living. The serenity of our facilities provides our clients/enrollees with the nutritional, health, daily living and social needs support, on their path to wellness.

Our services are customized to the individual care needs of each enrollee. Our program specialists are meticulous in planning each enrollee’s care support. Our highly personalized care plan enables each enrollee achieve sets goals within the specified period on care.
